LONDON Streamcasts 2009

We're gearing up for the final online musical theatre workshop with the members of Mercury Musical Developments in London.

We’ve had two wonderful streamcasts (live) and there will be a final one on December 11th from 10:00a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Pacific Standard Time. These workshops have turned out to be very international, indeed: we’ve had writers participating from all over the globe, including England, Italy, Germany, Australia, Finland, and of course the United States. The final session concludes our beta test, and you can participate for a beta test price: Only $15 to audit.

Chicago Streamcasts 2010

After our successful beta test with London writers, we're now turning to the playwrights' capital of the U.S.: Chicago!

We've just completed a beta-test of six workshops with writers all across the globe and now we're launching the full online experience exclusively with writers in Chicago. We're offering three workshops of four hour-long sessions, live, online, via streaming technology.

There are two ways you can participate: as a writer, or as an auditor.

1) Sign up as a 'Writer', and you will receive an hour-long session with the staff of the Academy for New Musical Theatre (John Sparks, Elise Dewsberry, Scott Guy and Ross Källing). You'll be able to upload script, lyrics and score which the ANMT staff will sight-sing. You'll also have the option of uploading a sound file, but that's not required. The ANMT staff will then offer you detailed feedback on music, book and lyrics.

2) Sign up as an 'Auditor', and you will be able to tune in to the live stream to listen to the feedback, and to take part in a live 'chat' option.
